Excel Expoting Issue

Hi All,

I am facing one issue into send to excel data.

where if my No of rows are more that 65 K approx then it will stores the data into sheet1 and remaining data are getting store into sheet2.

but i want to make it into sheet 1 only however the data will be.

Do i need to do some modification or changes on some server settings or into Application.

please help.

Hi Kumar,

In Microsoft office 2003,

Open workbooks	Limited by available memory and system resources
Worksheet size	65,536 rows by 256 columns

But Microsoft office 2010,

Worksheet size

1,048,576 rows by 16,384 columns

which version you are using?

I am using Microsoft office 2010 & QlikView 11.2. SR 2.

Do i have to do some changes to get into One sheet.

Hi Alok,

Due to the row limit in excel, it can't handle more than 65,000 records in one sheet. You can try exporting in CSV by using export option. There is no row limit in CSV file.

No changes are required, just right click and use export option.

This properties does not exist into AJAX Mode.

You need to right click on the chart/table box and use export option.

Please refer the screenshot, property do exist.

Hi Kumar,

I am trying CSV file, there is no limit into CSV file.
