topic services disconnected errors in QlikView

services disconnected errors

folks,

In QMC-Status-Services, Status of two following services is [Disconnected].
DSC@ IP address
DVWS@ IP address
I would like to know the cause and solution of this error.

In services.msc, although it is checking that each service is working fine,
it is a situation which cannot perform operations (loading, grant of CAL, etc.) to QVW from QMC.

Environment:QlikView Ver.11 SR2 on Windows Server 2008 R2

Ensure that all Qlikview service are running with same domain account.

if in yous service.msc all your services are running fine & even though it is showing this error then there must be License has been expired.

please renew to resolve it.
