Cleaning Log Files

I have just put the Governance dashboard in place, but I want to start with a clean slate of files. How do I clean out the log files? Where all do I need to clean out to have a total blank slate? I don't want to accidentily delete something that is needed.

If you just want to clean up Server / Publisher log files, remove all files under:

For Server: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer -> this is the default location. However, you might have installed it elsewhere.
For Publisher: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\DistributionService\TaskResults --> This will remove the last task result for each doc task in Publisher.

With Server path, you might leave the following files which are not scanned by the Dashboard:

BorrowedCalData.pgo
CalData.pgo
Exit.log
FUL.dat (if there)
IniData.pgo
Lef.txt
ServerCounters.pgo
Settings.ini
TicketData.pgo

If you are just looking to start fresh with the Governance Dashboard (i.e., remove prior scan logs), remove all the files under:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Governance_1.1\profiles\default\QVX_LastRun
C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Governance_1.1\profiles\default\QVD_Historical

Once again, these are the default folder locations.
