Console Manager does not load data,but manual reload does

Good day

I run my scripts at 3am everyday through the console manager. The issue is it does not update my data but when I do the load manually within QV it updates completely. I have a loader that creates the QVD's and my actual model runs when the loader was successfull and loads from those QVD's

Please help.....

Hi,

First of all, check the Publisher and Server logs to see where they have stopped. Is the task you have scheduled showing as "Waiting" or "Failed" ?

Thanks for your reply.

The logs show that the reload was successful and the scheduler shows waiting with the next reload date.

Hi Hein,

Check then the document log. To make the document create the log, open the QVW in Desktop, go to the Settings menu, Document Properties, General tab and click on Generate Logfile. Add the timestamp while you are testing.

Go to the QMC, click on the "Play" icon and see what message does the document log show when it connects and loads from the data sources.

I have done that and I have found the issue. Seems like a there was some incorrect script in a variable.
