Hi All, I just noticed suddenly QlikView server is not responding. After restarting the all qlikview services its working properly. But For investigating the root cause, I have checked the log file. It shows, Event id : 500 Information Type : Warning Error Message : Exception: Caught...Exception in doc server\chartname Any idea? Regards Sathish

Hi,

It appears you have a document that has an issue in it. Normally, it is the document that was open right before the error happen. This can be caused by a bug and if you are not on the current release I would look at moving to it.

This is a document issue, How come after refreshing the QlikView services its working properly?

Same document only published. I haven't changed any thing in document level.

Is it any possible to track? means in particular time which object is using? what is the dimension & expression for that?
