Management Console - Reload Status "Running" but reload is finished

Hello,

We're facing a problem.

We reload .qvd with a .qvw in management console. Every .qvd are loaded and .qvw is saved but management console let the status to "running"

Have you ever seen this in you management console ? How to resolve ?

it is schedule so it is showing Running actualy it is schedule for particlar time whatever you have set

and is ready to execute again at that time it does not mean it is currently running .

Hi Anant,

Shouldn't the status be showing "Waiting" instead of "Running" once the reload is complete, even though it is scheduled to run again?

Just restart the qds and run the dependent task in qmc.

Might be the page doesn't get refresh. Check the automatic task refresh at right bottom corner of the task list.

Hi Ronald,

I had this issue, solution I used was, closed the IE, Opened new IE cleared all cookies, closed and open new IE and checked and it was working fine.

Check out with different ways.

Depending on what version you are running there has been some issues with this. Make sure you are running the current version of QlikView

Hi,

Sometimes this kind of issue happens.

The only option is to restart the QlikView Distribution Services in the services.Then try to run the job again.

Some times killing the QV process is also benificial.

taskkill /im qv.exe /F
