Hi ,

I have a line chart. Its not displaying last data value even though its there in database. Can anybody please tell me what might be the reason for this?

Dimentions : date, department

Expression : Sum(salary)

Data load is done completely. It shows the line for last data point when I unselect "suppress when value is null" setting under dimension tab of chart property but Y-axis value will be a hyphen(-). And it disappears when I select "suppress when value is null" setting.

Screenshot of this behavior is shown in attachment.

I tried checking using list box and value is seen there.

Well, that's not much information you give us. It's really hard to help you based on this 1 sentence.

With database, you mean your source DB? First check that the data is correctly loaded into QV, using list boxes / table boxes etc.

Its almost impossible to answer that question as you have provided no information regarding your chart (including chart expressions) and your data structure. For best results, you should upload a sample of your model that shows the problem.

You can't say that your data is not coming in Line Chart. First check whether that Field and Data are correctly loaded into your QVD. Use a List Box to check.

Then use in Line chart.

If not loaded check in your Raw QVD Scripts,where you are missing the data

This usually occurs when there is a salary record with no date associated with it. Check that all records have a date and the date is in the same format as previous records.
