Save document from Acces Point

Hi! I´m trying to let the users save an app from the Acces Point and I´m not having good results. In "Document Properties" - "Security" I checked the "Save Document (Users)" box and gave the users the full control role in windows server permissions, and it still doesn´t work.

Can anyone help me?

Do you mean that you want to enable users to download the .qvw file or that you want to enable users to save their session selections and modifications?

Whatever of these two, you'll have to enable those features from the QlikView Management Console:

To enable users to download the .qvw file:

System \ Setup \ QlikView Servers\ Documents \ Allow Document Download
Documents \ User (and or) Source Documents \ YourDocument \ Server \ Availability \ Define which user are allowed to download the document.

To enable users to save or recover their selections:

System \ Setup \ QlikView Servers\ Documents \ Allow Session Recovery

You need to go to the QMC and enable document downloading for the user. Here is an image of where to go.
