Not able to download the Benchmarking package files from ftp

Hi ,

Am not able to download the Bench-marking package file mentioned in the whitepaper : ftpeu.qliktech.com.

Is it the correct place am checking at?

The files mentioned in that white-paper is not correct.

The files available at the specified location are:

SC_BenchmarkApp1_5_scripts_QV10_v2.1.zip
SC_BenchmarkApp1_5_scripts_QV11_v2.1.zip

If using FileZilla as your FTP client, make sure to set it to Active mode and not Passive (default).

Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Anything else am I missing?

Make sure to set Encryption to "Require implicit FTP over TLS" in FileZilla as encryption is required.

Hi Björn,

I did try doing the way you suggested.. still getting the below error message while connecting...

Status: Resolving address of ftpeu.qliktech.com

Status: Connecting to 188.65.156.40:990...

Error: Connection timed out

Error: Could not connect to server

Status: Waiting to retry...

Is there any possibility of password being changed?

Seems to be an issue with the EU server at the moment. This has been reported and I will get back to you as soon as this is sorted out.
