Allow use of bookmark but not to create any

Hi All,

I have some documents on server where in users have already created some bookmarks, now the question is, i want the users to continue using their bookmarks, but not allow them to create anymore.

If i disable the option "Allow server bookmarks" now, it does not allow the users to use their existing bookmarks also.

Anybody has had the same problem, or does anyone have a solution or workaround for this.

Update: we are using QV10 SR6

Hi,

Please convert all the shared bookmark as parmannt bokmark inside the report and then disable the Bookmark creation option.
