Material/ Manual for QlikView Mgmt console?

Hi,

is there any official material on the QlikView management console?

I have never dealt with that in detail, I currently cannot even access it - but that will hopefully change and I am, from some future point_in_time on, supposed to take on the role of administrator as well as being designer and developer.

There is exhasutive material that you get during a formal QlikView training. These are hard copies. They do not give the soft copies, only the trainers have them but are not suppose to share.

thanks for the answer!

I half feared it 😉 Me being the only person for QlikView in the company - except my colleague, who is probably not going to be with the QlikView team for too long - I am not likely to be accorded the time for a formal training anytime soon - not to mention the fact that it costs a lot of money 😉

Anyway - what training exactly would I need to be able to do those administration tasks?

Oops,

the courses are all in the US 😉 I guess that makes it even more improbable for me to get that training anytime soon - once we have the QlikView structure running in this branch and other branches become interested, then it might be possible...

am from Bangalore and have attended the course from Bangalore. My company paid for the course. The trainings are available worldwide, the trainer from QlikTech conducts the training.

well, if there was a course where you live, that's something else than my company sending me from Germany to the US 😉
