    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Due to some reason the CAl.pgo file is getting corrupted in QV11 and because of that the License information is getting reset some time. The bug is already raised by users to Qliktech and they are working on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WORKAROUND:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can take the backup of cal.pgo file on regular interval and replace it whenever it get corrupted or you can write a script to check and replace the file automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;D J&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>QVS Resetting License Allocation</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason, our qlikview server has reset the license allocation (Doc and Named CALs) twice in the last 24 hrs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There has not been any atypical admin or user interaction with qlikview. I don't understand what is causing this but need to identify how to prevent this going forward as it causes a major disruption with users since they are unable to access any dashboards on the access point until the licenses have been reallocated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone provide clarity or explanation that would help troubleshoot this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
