Hi,

few months back i installed qlikview server(SBE) as well as publisher using local user acount and everything was wroking fine. Few days back

am facing issues like schedulers are not running, not able to read the application from QMC, not able to send PDF mails. what is the causeof this??? how do i Fix please suggest.

Can you check the Publisher and server license (end date).

Also for distributing PDF you should need to have the license which contain PDF generation option as YES inside the LEF.

Check qlikview services are running.

If not then Restart the services.

Hi ,

Then the problem is with the services only. Either they are not running or they are configured using the specific account.

You can check the LOG of services and you will get to know the exact root cause.

Please check that the account running the services is OK and has the password all right.

Also please check if the account is still part of the groups local administrators and Qlikview administrators.
