My QlikView Server is configured to read the AD user, I've set in System -> Configuration-> DSC-> Active Directory, there is no guide users listed in all my local users and AD, but I cant get into the Access Point and login with any AD user,just only with local users. My AD and my QlikView Server are in different domains, but you can see the other.

Hi,

Your problem is "My AD and my QlikView Server are in different domains, but you can see the other." There would have to be a trust between the domains.

Sorry about my english. Thank you for solve my problem. Tomorrow the IT Team will configure this trust relation between this two domains
