Hi Deepak,

The log folder is that set in the QMC, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, Logging, Log Folder.

You can access the Windows Event Viewer running "eventvwr.exe" from the Windows button.

To get as much information as possible, it is recommended to set the verbosity of logs to a higher level, during the time you gather all the information, using the QMC, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, Logging, Event Log Verbosity (medium or high during this time is OK).

Hope that helps.

Miguel

Please add some logs or error messages from both the Windows Event Viewer and the C:\ProgramData\QlikTech to see what task is consuming most.

Check with Task Manager as well.

Regards.

Miguel
