    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;There is an on going issue with my client &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="color: #222222; font-family: arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;"&gt;We had performed windows patching on the server which happens to be our QlikView UAT server and after when windows patching was completed I tried to open Qlikview application but it showed the following error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"QlikView was unable to acquire valid license information for your license key. Please contact QlikView support for assistance."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then entered the Developer license key but it proved no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Request you to please help me out!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
