Warning message in Application Log - more info required please

Hello,

We are getting the following log entries

"Document Load: The document D:\QlikviewData\Circulation\General\MPS - Client Services.qvw failed to load because anonymous access is not allowed"

this is happening for several documents. I would like to know why these messages are occuring. Has anyone else experineced the same?

Running Qlikview Server 11 SR 2 on VM Windows Server 2008

Hi,

Do you have an Enterprise license of a Small business addition License? Do you have QVS set to Prohibit anonymous?

In response to your queries:-

We have an Enterprise License

On the Qlikview Server\System\Security Tab

Clients - Prohibit Anonymous

Anonymous Account - On local computer

Were you ever able to figure this out? I have the same warnings showing up and I'm not sure whether I have an issue or not. Authentication for the Web Server is turned on to always. I've not been able to find the setting above.

I have the same issue here.

The application has been running properly, then out of a sudden it started falining i try to load it and when i look into the log file i find this message "The document xxx.qvw failed to load because anonymous access is not allowed. AuthenLev(2). Authuser()"
