      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to access a .qvw file on the server by using this url in IE from client..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; qvp://&amp;lt;server&amp;gt;/&amp;lt;reportname&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, all that IE shows is 'Error on Page'&amp;nbsp; on bottom left handside corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried restarting all qlikview related services on the server, but this did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I give the same url from Desktop client via File -&amp;gt;Open in Server, it works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly suggest ideas.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Anju&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I made all the Windows qlikview services as service account instead of Local account &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then , restarted the services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This works when url is of format&amp;nbsp; &lt;A class="loading" href="http://10.113.58.1/qlikview/index.htm" title="http://10.113.58.1/qlikview/index.htm"&gt;http://&amp;lt;server&amp;gt;/qlikview/index.htm&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anju&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Anju, I’ve run into the same issue before, and from my experience, Internet Explorer doesn’t support opening QlikView documents directly with the `qvp://` protocol. That type of link is meant for the QlikView desktop client, which is why it works fine there but not in IE. To access the file through a browser, you’ll need to use the QlikView AccessPoint web portal with an `http://` or `https://` link instead, since that handles the proper &lt;A href="https://registertmsim.ph/" target="_self"&gt;verification&lt;/A&gt; and session management. Once you log in through AccessPoint, you should be able to open the report without errors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
