Reload failure on server

How does one debug server reload issues? Listed below are the log trace statements from the server (the desktop reload works fine). Perhaps it is an authorization issue. I read another post that the Windows Service user must be defined to access the SQL Server database. Can I specify a different user to access the SQL Server database to reload?

Try to comment on section access used in QVW and try to reload again and check.

This is will help to identify whether there is problem in excel file used for section access.
