How to setup Remote Management Services

I am trying to setup Remote Managment service from one server to another. By giving this URL with the correct remote host name.

But I do not see observe any change after applying the settings. When I client on the above link it opens an xml file with code in it.

Please let me know, how do I set this service.

I had to add a new User group "Qlikview Management API" and give access.

Then I was able to search tasks using import option when right clicking the QVW file from publisher.

Did you create the new group in one server and then added the service account id of the other server to this group?

Did you create this group in the Active Directory in windows?
