Loading Content Error

Hi,

I am facing the problem with the Loading Content on the Web. This problem i am not getting every user. some of them able to access the Index Page, some of them will not.

FIrst i will explain the what we have done when we are configuring/Installing the Qlikview Server.

1) We are using the QLikview IIS with SSl Configuration (QV v11.0.11440.0).

2) We have done the some customization for the login Page. We have changed the default code(.JS).

3) Custmazation what we have done is some of the users we have made it as a direct login. I mean to say some users directly they will go to application once they login. They will not get the index page. o are For this we have written script in .JS file.

If anybody is having the idea. Pleas help me on this.
