Hello everyone,

I am a newbie into the Qlikview universe, so be kind with me !!

I am in charge of my company's Qlikview server and I would like to have some technical as well as legal advices. We have a client who wants to access our dashboards but doesn't want to buy Qlikview (CAL) licenses for the simple fact that they already have their own Qlikview server and some licenses available.

I know that I can send them the QVW documents and the Excel sheets but I am not sure on whether it is allowed for a third party to access our dashboards without purchasing licences on our servers.

Any ideas ?

Any suggestions or workarounds are welcome

Hi Jimmy,

I would have a talk with your or their account manager. That would be the best thing to do.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Do you mean that it is a sales issue between the account managers of both parties ? And that the OEM part is not relevant as long as the licences are valid ?
