topic QDS is down.. in QlikView

QDS is down..

Hi folks,

I've found QlikView distribution service to be down in our server. The status shows as QDS is disconnected. I wen to the services in the system and found the QlikView Distribution services to be running fine.

Can you please let me know how I can make the service up and running.

Kindly help me.

Go in the servece management in Windows and restart the service

Run --> Services.msc --> Qlikview distribution service...restart it.

Can you let me know why QDS or any other QlikView service gets stopped abruptly.
