Licence Problem QVS 11

Hallo,

we are working with QVS10 and Publisher.

Now we want update to version 11. Therefore we create a new serverplatform and install version 11.

Under the card qlikview server license I put in the serialnumber and copy the lef-File information which I

take from version 10 into the field for the lef-File information. I don't know the controlnummer and therefore

I take the serialnumber. After apply license I got the error "Invalid licence or control number".

What is going wrong here? Or where can I get the control number?

Hi,

You can not use the Version 10 license for Version 11.

The licensing has changed from version 11.

So you must request your QlikView partner or QlikTech for new license.
