Mail services configuration throwing an error

Hi All,

I am trying to configure mail server under system tab on my qlikview server and it is failing with the error.

the specified string is not in the form for and an email address.

although the email address is xxxxx@abc.com, had anybody faced this type of issue before?

please let me know the troubleshooting steps or if I am doing anything wrong?

Hi,

There is a good article that you can access from the Customer or Qonnect Portal called "Qlikview Desktop - Batch Files Not Sending Email Alerts". The article explains the troubleshooting steps.

If that doesn't bring you closer to a solution I would contact QlikView Support directly via the dedicated phone line or the Customer / Qonnect Portal.
