automatic reload issue: File not found

Hello,

I have a report on our QV server. The report can be successfully reloaded manually. It is also accessible on accesspoint. However, When I try to reload it through QMC, I get an error that report is not found. The whole log is below

I have tried to open the same file in Qlikview by opening the document through the above link and it seems to work fine. What could be the issue here

Dear Arif.

can you cross check weather that file is available in source folder or not.

else you need to delete the task and re create the task .

i hope that one will solve your issue.

Thanks for the help. Yes, the file does exist and that is how it is accessible on access point too. Somehow the task is not able to find it. when I try to reload it in the reload menu of the document on QMC, it fails to reload with error shown above. However, it successfully reloads when I try it manually. The file does exist on this path, otherwise it wont be visible in documents on QV server

Dear Arif.

once i also had the same issue.

at that time i found a solution on community.

Delete the task and re create the task.

i did the same then it's worked for me.

I have removed the whole document and put it again but the scheduled reload still fails with the same error

Something might have happened to the task, and made it corrupt.

So, as Syed Arif Ullah Shah suggested: Delete the task, re-create it and try again.

Hi,

I encountered this issue as well. deleted task multiple time and recreated it, test it but error remains same.

Did anyone resolved this issue?
