    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;user already had access to say 6 documents he was able to see all those documents but we had issue on prod server last month, server was hang and after restart of server everyone was able to access it but this 1 user is facing the difficulty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anta&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
