Qlikview Sign out button does not work?

Hello, we have a recent install of the QV enterprise server edition. The web layout for accesspoint has a sign out button, but it is not workiing. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hello Veronica,

I've seen cases where when the user logs out he is instantly logged back in due to the single sign on with your authentication source.

If you wish to remove the sign out option completly you can set up the webserver to always require authentication which in turn removes the sign out option.

You will find it in the QMC under System -> Setup -> Qlikview Web Server -> Authentication.

Hi Alexander,

Thank you very much. We do have SSO setup so this might be the issue. I passed your suggestion along to our engineer. I will update the post after he has a chance to see if this is the issue.
