Qlikview Server Failure...How can i figure out the issue

I just inherited a qlikview which is version 9 and looking to upgrade to version 11 ASAP. The current state of development is not working e.g. my scheduled reloads, reduce and etc are failing. I would like to fix the issue before i upgrade to avoid a bigger issue when I upgrade. I really don't know what the issues is and i need help figuring out the issue and implementing a solution. I will try to post a log example when i get one.

I see several of these:

The sourcedocument failed to save.. Exception=System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path is denied.

At first glance it looks like permissions issue. The userid running the QV Services needs write access to the document directory.

Rob, Thank for the quick response. I have the correct permission to write access to the document directory. The script run perfect but qlikview server say it failed. I dont know if this is a bug or what

It looks like the problem is the writing of the temp file. There are some known issues with the logging not matching up to the task result. I suggest opening a ticket with Support to get to the bottom of it.
