Facing Problem in QVS11 QMC

Hello All,

After installing the qvs11 its not showing the complete QMC interface ,ie in my case LEF box is not available for both server & publisher license.

Eeven all services are started ,its not showing status in QMC,here i am attaching the screen shot.

Please help if any one knows.

Hi All,

Now the QMC is open properly in mozilla ,but the except QMs service all services are showing disconnected in QMC even all are in started mode.

And its giving me this error while opening with IE YOUR BROWSER DOES NOT SUPPORT XMLDocument Objects.

Please help if any idea!...

Hi,

Yes, your IE browser should be greater than IE 7 or above version to support QEMC.

Once check whether your IE Version is 7 or not.

Hello Satish,

Thax for your reply, i am using IE8 which is recommended,but its not supporting..and in mozilla or in chrom its working fine.

-- If the header row of titles is showing in the Management Console, but no information beneath the menus is displayed, there are probably some advanced IE security issues that are preventing the QMC from being shown. You could try using a different Web browser (Firefox, Chrome or Safari).

The quick fix for this is to disable enhanced security feature of IE8 on Windows Server 2008. This can be done by going to appwiz.cpl -> Turn Windows Features on or off-> Security Information snap in-> Configure IE ESC

and disable it.
