Cannot access to QMC (QVserver 11)

Why I Install QV server 11 alredly

but before , I uninstall QV server 10 already and then I install qv server 11 .

But when i want to click QMC I cannot access to QMC and Access point . the web page show "http://localhost:4780/qmc/default.htm "

I don't know why not? Follow this picture.

PLease help me .

check if QV services were started.

Hi Warista ,

If your all services are running then check your proxy settings from IE tool->ineternet options->connections-> LAN settings and put their correct address and port.

Also check your port 4780 is open or not, if not then open it by your administrator.

It may help you..
