Publisher Error

Hi!

Recently migrated desktop & server from QV10 to QV11, later on installed Publisher, created task for generating PDF of application size 650 KB.

The rate with which PDF is getting generated 10 per min. The issue is sometimes its getting failed & log showing the following error:

Error: Failed to generate files. Filename=C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\temp\bb5e3a4f-543a-47d3-85b0-c89b32b41b25\7bba638ee477418a9b4eeff6821213f3.pdf. Exception=System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\DistributionService\1\temp\bb5e3a4f-543a-47d3-85b0-c89b32b41b25\7bba638ee477418a9b4eeff6821213f3.pdf' because it is being used by another process.

So can anyone look into this please.

Were you able to resolve this error? We just migrated our system from a single server running Qlikview Server, Publisher and Access point to 3 separate severs and am now receiving this error also.

Are you running any anti virus program on your server?

If so you have to make exceptions on a couple of directories.

For instance 'C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech'
