      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;At one time there was a "QVW Self-Extractor" that could be packaged with a qvw file so that a "packaged qvw" could be sent to someone who did not have QlikView Desktop installed but would allow the person to "view the qvw" without do a software install, something like the viewers that Microsoft used to distribute for Excel or Word.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does such a self-extractor exist? Or a similiar capability?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Daniel,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe that what you want is available in the Menu Tools -&amp;gt; Create Executable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With this you can create an .exe which contains the qlikview app to distribute to whom you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just one piece of advice, if the app references images you should bundle them (via script).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Carlos &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
