SSL in QV9 - where change the https?

HI,

I'm dealing with configuration SSL for QvWebServer.

I'm doing it with manual for qvserv i did all points but stopped on point:

Make changes in config.xml to add full URL use for SSL

ex <URL>https://QVS.companyx.local.443/</URL>

My question is

1. Where i should put in in settings file? There is no URL section

2. MY server IP is ex 199.199.9.99 i know that 443 is for SSL do did my url will look like <URL>https://199.199.9.99.443/<URL> or different? where i should put port 80? OR maybe i can take this adress from QEMC?

3. Should i change other url's then only this one above?
