How to access Qlikview Server on iphone4?

I have installed QV client on my iphone 4 firmware(5.0.1) , also added the server with all the details(URL,Display Name,UserName & Password) according to the details given in the document http://community.qlik.com/docs/DOC-1287 . I am getting the error as "No Authorized Document" . Also i m trying to access on safari browser and access point page is opening but its not showing any applications.

also i want to know whether both the server and the iphone should be on the same network??

Please reply if anyone hav knowledge about dis.

Hi,

The second problem is caused by an incompatibility between iOS5 and QlikView Server.

You will probably need a path to fix your server.

I`m not sure if this can cause the first problem as well...

Hi i am now able to access QV Access point on iphone safari browser also the applications are now showing but now the problem is that i can not open the application and the error is "no connection". If i open it on laptop its opening.

Please reply ASAP.

If you have upgrade the iPhone to OS 5, you need to contact support for a server patch or wait till SR4 comes out for version 10.

the issue has been resolved. its working fine now on ios 5 with QVS11.
