I´ve the same issue and don´t found a resource to manage this license.

It´s a big problem because I don´t know how much time one license was consumed or when this license will be released.

I believe that Qliktech needs to improve the Management Console.

Hi,

What i’ve discovered is that a usage call license is binded to a combination of: user, document and machine. E.g. A user accessing the same document from two different computers consumes two hours of license.

The number of available calls is recharged every day by an alghoritm…I think something proportional of the total number of hours in your licenses package and the day of the month. (E.g. you have 60 usage calls, 60hours, each day I think you free 60/30 = 2 hours). I’m not sure about this alghoritm, but I’m quite sure the rule is similar..

Da: Ricardo Gerhard

Inviato: venerdì 15 febbraio 2013 18:54

A: Matteo Fioroni

Oggetto: - Re: Usage Call statistics

QlikCommunity<http://community.qlik.com/index.jspa>

Re: Usage Call statistics

created by Ricardo Gerhard<http://community.qlik.com/people/ricardo.gerhard> in Deployment and Management (Server/Publisher/AJAX/IE/Web Parts) - View the full discussion<http://community.qlik.com/message/312023#312023>
