Acceso a QlikView

Buenos Días,

Estoy tratando de acceder al servidor donde esta instalado QlikView desde fuera de la red de la compañia, pero no ha sido posible. Cuando ingreso a IE me pide usuario y contraseña varias veces, pero cuando me muestra la pantalla de QlikView no muestra el usuario logeado y quedan todas las opciones en blanco, en la parte inferior derecha en el mensaje de warning me da el mensaje:

Erika, prueba agregar el sitio a la lista de sitios de confianza. Además asegurate de que sea accesible el puerto 4747 del servidor.

Daniel, gracias por tu respuesta, pero probé y sigue sin funcionar. Adjunto la pantalla que me muestra...

Hello Magnus,

I´ve been trying to connect to the server where I´ve installed QlikView when out of the company´s network, but I can´t. When I enter the public address on Internet Explorer, It ask for a user name and password four times, then te QlikView page open but the logged user name doesn´t apper on the page. I attached fille with screen.
