Session expired after idle time.

Hi,

My session is getting expired every after 10-15 minutes if i keep it idle. I am using Internet explorer(IE Plugin) at client side.

I have set following things in QEMC.

Possible session timeout:

(server may terminate inactive sessions

and re-use slot if needed for other users)

3200 Seconds

Maximum inactive session time:

(0 means no limit)

3200 Seconds (earlier i kept it 0)

Despite above seetings, I do not understant why i am getting session expired every now and then.

Can anybody assist me with the above issue?

What are the timeout settings in the Document Properties, Server tab?

What is the Document timeout setting in the QEMC Documents tab?

I'd also quite like to know what the answer was, as I am having the same issue on a V9 Server

I have set all the relevant server based timeouts to a zero value and have checked the timeout on the document properties, which are not set to timeout. Is there somewhere else I should be looking?
