Are you talking about the QlikView Webserver?

Aside from browsing to the AccessPoint with HTTPS, the configuration settings you can look at are depending on what version you are running.

For QlikView 9, check the config.xml file in the AppData/ProgramData directory (Example Win2k8: C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QvWebServer)

The line <HttpsPort>-1</HttpsPort> should read 443 instead of -1

For QlikView 10 the setting can be checked in the QEMC. In the System tab go to Setup >> QlikView WebServer configuration and the General tab. There check if the HTTPS checkbox is ticked.

If you are using IIS the same applies, though you'll have to make sure IIS is configured for HTTPS as well.
