i have an issue with my first reloaded document scheduling (see attached log file )

You should look at file D:\QLIKVIEWAPPLICATION\INVOICEVALORITATION\DB2QVD.LOG for more information on why the task failed.

If you can't find the file you should open the QVW and select the option "Generate Log File" in the document properties.

Hi Daniel,

Silly question - how do I open the QVW? I tried to dbl-click the file but there is no default association.

You need to install QlikView Developer first. Try the downloads section.

Hi Daniel,

The QV Developer Personal Edition does not allow me to open a document created by another user.

Is there any other way to turn the log file generation on?

You need to lease a License first, then open the application.

You can lease a license by opening an application throught the "open in server" option in the file menu.
