      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Qlikview Server 10 with IIS as a web server and I can't get the Custom user to log in to Accesspoint.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've set the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- IIS with only &lt;SPAN lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;WindowsAuthentication enabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;In QEMC:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- DMS authorization&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Configured the web server&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;IMG alt="webserver_settings.jpg" class="jive-image-thumbnail jive-image" onclick="" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/4781_webserver_settings.jpg" width="450" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Create a new Custom Directory in Directory Service Connectors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Created a Custom user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- and finally added the Custom user to the Document.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I even tried to change the settings on the Webserver-&amp;gt;Authentication page but&amp;nbsp; no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone managed to use Accesspoint with Custom Users and IIS?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Telmo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't get through the browser authorization then the problem still lies with the webserver config.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In IIS, when you set a folder to authenticate as anonymous you have to put a username/password, as default you get IIS anonymous user IUSR, you should try changing that user to a server admin.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So set your qlikview virtual folder to user anonymous and disable windows authentication.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Now it goes straight to Accesspoint as "Anonymous" and there no documents.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I then press login, it prompts for credentials. I tried with the server admin, the customuser and even CUSTOM\customuser and it always fails to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel you were close regarding the IIS authentication but the AccessPointSettings.aspx needs to be set with Anonymous DISABLED and Windows Authentication ENABLED.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Qlikview Support came back with the solution attached in the word doc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
