document cal counter Eror

i bought 10 document cals and i assigned 9 users and now i deleted 5 users and see that they where disappeared from the document cals

but the system still tels me that cals in use are 9 and i have on cal free and if i ad one more cal the system don't give me to ad more

when i delete that last cal i goes back to 9

how can i release these document cals or reset the document cals

if i go to all the documents i had and count the named document clas one by one i had just 4 in use

Hi,

If you use only 4 users. Then reduce the number in assigned cals field.

Count the number of cals assigned to all document

check filed No. of Cals allocated to this document.

If 2 users using document if this field have 4.

Then you need to downgrade it to 2.

by this your cal will be released.

thanks Ashfaq i notes that i forgot to down grade the number for the users i deleted yesterday

so now i have 3 free users 7 allocated

but if i count the allocated there is just 4

now all the allocated fields are acurate but still i have missing 3 cals , any idea?

HI Hanna,

I think you need to remove assigned cals. In the same tab.

There might be some users whoom you have authorized before.

But now you don't want them. For this reason I suggest to remove assigned users to Document.

It the Unwanted user dosen't log in for the last 24 hours cal can be released immediately.

If not it will take 24 hours of time to remove that particular user.

Note:- Care have to be taken that the user you wana remove should not be logged in for 24 hours.

From the time you removed it. Or else the counter will be reset from the last logon time till 24 hours.
