The Search box object is behaving strang.

Hi All,

We are using the qlikview 9.0 SR7 developer and Server. The Search box object in qlikview is not working properly.

I am explaining the scenario,

I have used the search box object in my QV Application.

If i am opening from the Developer , the search object is working fine.

But if i am opening the same by using ASP page on client machine using IE 7.0 , some time the search object is appearing but many time its disappear on same machine.

If i am opening the application by using access point then its working fine.

Anybody have any idea,?

Please clarify what you mean by opening the app via ASP. How have you integrated the app in the ASP page?

Also can you please confirm that the app works as expected when you acces it by AJAX and by IE Plugin.

Hi,

I am opeing in IE using QVP, i.e qlikview protocol. If i access throug the Qlikview access point then its work fine.

But with QVP , some time search object appear and some time disappear on same computer.

please help.

If you have a random behaviour I would suggest that you rteport this as an incident to the QlikView support for further evaluation of your case.
