something strange,

i'v set the security settings (NTFS) .. but all the documents will be shown in accesspoint. The user cant open them (no access).

but i also dont want to see the no access documents in accesspoint. How can do this?

Make sure you have correct AD Groups or users assigned to the directory you are publishing, and don't forget to restart QV server services to make changes effective.

Hi Amien.

Try to set the permisions on the file by removing Inherit permissions from folder.

Set the required permission without inheritance of security.
Make sure to restart the services as rakesh said.
