Problem with QlikView AccessPoint when accessing internet via tetheres iPhone connection

Hi All,

We have a very strange problems where QlikView Access point will not display the published models after the login screen is entered when the operator is using their iPhone tether to access the internet.

If they switch over to a WiFi connection (not broadcast from their iPhone) it works fine, it also works fine if they connect to a physical network point.

The only time that it will not work is if they go to use their iPhone (either wirelessly or via physical cord) as a tether to their laptop to access the internet.

This problem does not happen if using a USB 3G modem (dongle).

Does anyone else have this issue?

I don't think that anyone get this kind of error. I found this article to be useful in the matter.
