      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any reason why the AJAX client would be grayed out on the access point? IE-Plugin is available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the server, Documents --&amp;gt; Server Settings --&amp;gt; Access Point Access Methods, AJAX zero footprint client is checked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And it looks like there are paths listed in System --&amp;gt; Setup --&amp;gt; QlikView Web Servers --&amp;gt; Access Point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So not sure what the issue could be. The access point opens and documents are available. Just the AJAX option is not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nevermind, I think I found the problem. The LEF file looks like it is disabling AJAX. I will take this to licensing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
