Qlikview v10 Access Point

Does anyone know if with version 10 there is a way for the Access Point to only show those reports which a user has Section Access Permissions too?

In the documentation it says this :

Improved document lists
The QlikView Server will only show documents to which the user has NTFS permissions. In
QlikView 10 the document lists will be filtered further: If a document has Section Access, the
server will now only show the document to users that also are listed in the Section Access.

but users can still see all the reports (even though they can only access those they have Section access permissions for)

Are the users listed under Users->Section Access Management in the QEMC (Enterprise Management Console)? Otherwise you will have to add them to the list there under a Section Access Table.
