AUTHORITY1.GROUP1 cannot to link AUTHORITY2.GROUP1 ?

script is :

Section Access;
LOAD UPPER(ACCESS) as ACCESS,
UPPER(NTNAME) as NTNAME,
UPPER(GROUP1) as GROUP1;
SQL SELECT *
FROM DATAMART.dbo."AUTHORITY1";

Section Application;

Star is *;

LOAD GROUP1,
COLLEGEX;
SQL SELECT *
FROM DATAMART.dbo."AUTHORITY2";
