i have users and those users are in a group.

in user documents, authorization i have added the groups (like Custom\Group1) to a QVW document.

when i browse to the accesspoint i see the document. But when i open the document it says i dont have access. error: failed to open document, you dont have access to this document. This while the group is added to the document.

now .. when i add a user in user documents without a group (like Custom\User1) .. then the document is availible to the user and can be opened.

what am i doing wrong?

i'm running DMS and using 10.0 SR1

DMS doesn't manage groups on documents security, you can use only users, hope help. Regards.

i have another QV server (10IR) and that one is in DMS mode and uses groups. So DMS should be able to handle group accounts in user documents
