Hi Ken - Thanks for your update. Our issue was caused by the proxy server as well. We applied the same solution as you did and we are okay now.

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to QV 10. Everything went fine except for one issue.

One of our Users is having trouble logging in to Access Point from his computer. As soon as he enters his credentials at the Access Point home page, he is being redirected to a page that says "Login Failed".

This is an isolated issue as none of our other Users have encountered this issue. Anyone has any insight as to why this might be occuring?

Thanks.

Hello,

We're running into this issue as well, for only one of our users.

Did you, or has anyone, found a solution?

Thanks,

-Ken

EDIT:

Found the problem in our environment at least. The browser's proxy settings had reset themselves to defaults and it was trying to go through the proxy to get to the QlikView server. Added the server to the exception list and the problem went away.
